Radio Simba Presenter Simon Peter Ndawula alias Omulangira Ndausi has reportedly been arrested.
Police has been looking for Ndausi over fraud allegations.
According to several reports Ndausi used his celebrity status to take money from different youths promising them jobs in Canada and the USA.
NTV news Anchor Andrew Kyamagero revealed the development on Monday evening via his official Twitter handle that Ndausi had been arrested. He added that Ndausi is to spend a night at Jinja road Police Station

Earlier this month, Canada based Ugandans Kyuma Kya Yesu, real name William Buganda Ntege stated that Ndausi used his name to rob money from the youths. He explained that Ndausi lied to the desperate young Ugandans that he (Kyuma) would help in getting them to the USA.
