Former Miss Rwanda Jolly Mutetsi has snubbed Gen.Muhoozi Kainerugaba’s invitation to his 48th birthday celebrations.
Mutetsi confirmed through her twitter account that she won’t make it to the birthday celebrations scheduled for 23rd April at the Cricket Oval in Lugogo
“The pleasure is all mine my Brother, should I not manage to come this time ,I will next time . I wish you many more years.Happiest birthday.”

Muhoozi had earlier confirmed that Mutetsi was to attend the event

The first son will celebrate his 48th birthday on Saturday at the event which is expected to attract various distinguish guests.
