Honest Kavuma who is far from being honest was last month sentenced to jail for 13 years over fraud related crimes by Buganda road magistrates Siena Owomugisha and Marion Mangei.
Kavuma who is famously remembered for a viral video in which he said that a poor person has no right to get angry was charged with 60 offenses of fraud, forgery, obtaining money by false pretense and money laundering.
Dishonest Honest Kavuma pleaded guilty to over 50 offenses and as a result was sentenced to 13 years in jail.
Luckily for CHAMPAGNE simanyi PAPI as he is commonly known by fellow fraudsters his sentence was a suspended one on grounds of deteriorating health.
These were not the first allegations of fraud against Kavuma, it is alleged that years ago, Kavuma fraudulently took money from colleagues he was staying with in Europe and he disappeared back to Uganda.
Speak Apartments also allegedly owed him over 100million in accommodation and food expenses.
The suspended sentence now relies on Kavuma Honest for once living an honest life. If he is involved in any other fraudulent act then even bad health won’t save him from the coolers.
