Musician Namukwaya Hajjara aka Spice Diana has been summoned by Katwe police over the murder of a one Nsamba Henry.
Police says that last month on 30/06/2022 Spice Diana’s manager Kiseka Hamuza a resident of Kyamula zone Makindye Ssabagabo reported a case of criminal trespass against the now deceased Nsamba Henry who was a brick layer.
It is alleged that on the fateful day of 30/06/2022, Nsamba climbed over the fence of Spice Diana’s home with the aim of stealing valuables from the home.
Nsamba was arrested and beaten up by a mob. He was rescued by the police that arrived on the seen minutes later and taken to Mulago hospital but unfortunately he died moments later.
The deputy spokesperson of Kampala metropolitan police Luke Oweyisigire said a case of criminal trespass resulted into mob Justice and murder.
