Uganda Police has finally impounded the poorly conditioned Baby Coach Bus from the Kisenyi Bus Terminal in Kisenyi, Kampala.
This follows a whistleblower’s call for the police to take immediate action as the rusty and patchy vehicle was set to carry passengers.

It is reportedly understood that the bus was about to transport passengers from Kampala to Kisoro district but Police reacted swiftly.
Traffic Police Spokesperson Faridah Nampiima confirmed the impounding of the vehicle in a Tweet.
This website understands the vehicle is currently parked at the Old Kampala Police station and will undergo an Inspectorate of Vehicles (IOV) test.
According to the recent statistics, road accidents in Uganda are majorly attributed to human factors and also motor vehicle conditions while others are road environment and weather conditions.
