The Police Spokesperson Fred Enanga has confirmed that they are looking for socialite Charles Sunday Olim alias Sipapa.
According to Enanga they are searching for the socialite for allegedly stealing South Sudanese native Jacob Alopu
During a weekly press briefing, Enanga also confirmed that four people have been arrested including Sipapa’s wife Shamirah Nakiyimba.
“We are looking for Sipapa for allegedly stealing South Sudanese native lots of things including money. We have so far arrested four people including his wife.”
Sipapa and unknown men allegedly broke into the home of the South Sudanese located in Bunga and stole lots of stuff including cash money.
Earlier this year, Sipapa came out and revealed that he was ready to replace the late Tumusiime Mutebile as Governor of Bank of Uganda.
