FUFA President Hon. Moses Magogo has asked the management of 89.2 CBS FM to look in the claims made about Uganda Cranes star Allan Okello of having an affair with a Sugar Mummy.
Magogo was angered by the accusations made by Steven Birimunda, a presenter in CBS’ Akaati Ky’ebyemizanyo Show on a Wednesday night.
Early this week, KCCA Football Club announced that Okello had a returned to club on loan from Algeria Premier League club Paradou FC.
Birimunda alleged that Okello failed to play to the expectations of his Algerian employees (Paradou FC) because he had a French Sugar Mummy.
Magogo reacted to the claims on Thursday night saying,
” How could a grown up person like him make such an accusation. Why are such people allowed to speak on air? It’s quite unfortunate that our listeners don’t know and are fed with wrong information” Magogo furiously said on FUFA TV.
” He’s extremely very clueless about what he’s talking about. And sincerely speaking, the management of CBS this wrong.” He added.
” Allan Okello is our national team player. We should condemn such people. It is wrong for a journalist on a reputable media house to commit character assassination on a young player like Okello.”
The CBS presenter surprised the listeners when he went on to say that Allan Okello played two games for UPDF FC in the Uganda Premier League last season.
A sports journalist on a certain radio station just said "Last season Allan Okello was seen playing for UPDF FC in the Uganda Premier League. He played like two games"

Birimunda remains one of the longest serving and senior presenters in the CBS FM Sports Department.
