Head of mobilization in National Unity Platform (NUP) Fred Nyanzi regrets helping Kampala Metropolitan Police Spokesperson Patrick Onyango during starvation.
While appearing on NTV Mwasuze Mutya program on Friday last week, Nyanzi also stated that he slapped Robert Kyagulanyi Sentamu alias Bobi Wine who poured food that was meant for Onyango
“We used to stay in the same area with Kampala Metropolitan Police Spokesperson Patrick Onyango and I could help him out during starvation. I remember one day I told Bobi to take food to Onyango in his room and he poured it, I slapped Bobi but now I regret.”
“Onyango has paid us horribly ever since he joined Police.”
“He does very things to please President Museveni.”
Nyanzi also confirmed that he flew his wife and children to another country because of politics
“I flee my wife and children to another country because of politics and I hope to return them to Uganda when I feel like the world is a better place to stay in.”
On taking care of his siblings after the death of his mother
“I am a father by inclination as I became one to my siblings at an early age after our mother passed away in an accident. Each one of my young ones had to continue with school after this fateful event.” Said Nyanzi.
