The Football governing body in Uganda (FUFA) has appointed Shawn Mubiru as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for the FUFA Media Services.
The FUFA Media Services (FMS) company was formed by FUFA early this year to run both FUFA Radio and the newly created FUFA TV.
Shawn Mubiru has been serving as the FUFA Professional Leagues managers since December last year.
Mubiru is also a former club CEO of Uganda Premier League outfit SC Villa.
He has been tasked by the FUFA Media Services Board of Driectors to commercially operate the brands of FUFA TV & also the 102.1 FUFA fm.
However since the establishment of FUFA TV, there has not been normal programming at the station but it is expected to start soon with the appointment of Mubiru.
FUFA TV is strictly available on StarTimes as well as the Free To Air decoders.
