Airtel Uganda has announced a deduction in their data bundles effective of Monday October 17th 2022.
As expected, the changes didn’t go well with the esteemed customers who have since then thrown complaints and insults.
The deduction changes mean the lowest volume of data is 30mbs which is as cheap as 250/=.
The 2000/= bundle is now 500mbs which was initially at 750mbs. 1000/= can now afford 150mbs.
The only advantage Airtel had over MTN is the relatively larger bundles for the same price. Now that monthly 24GB at 50k has been reduced to 22GB, I don't know why I should continue using Airtel especially with your crappy customer care services.

@Airtel_Ug …. I have come to realise n understand that when you over support someone, he/she ll resort to hyping himself either to chase you away or abuse your trust in them.😏😏😏😏😏😏…. But it's okay we ll look out for any available options 🙌

The reason I kept on @Airtel_Ug was becoz of their affordable offers but since you people have decided to make a fool at us then I think it’s better switching back to @mtnug where we already know they are expensive

Am sure you guys are very much aware that we purchase Lycamobile data of 20GB for just 15,000 a month

But why have you reduced the 2k bundle from 750 to 500Mbs😒😒😢

but @Airtel_Ug we supporting u doesn't mean to over charge us even ur data runs more like a ghost one buys 1gb buy the time he/she opens WhatsApp there comes a message that u have used 70% of ur data
Thank to God for the ott tax u put that made us aware of free internet by vpn— Denis Quest Lordman (@LordmanQ) October 18, 2022
But when will one benefit from Airtel company because their tax on mobile money is high and now data bundles are running low , while the company gives only 20mbs monthly. Now why can't we change to other networks

Kale noloba banno. How can you reduce the 100k monthly data bundle from 50gb to 48gb? Why am I getting less? Is this worth it? Why shd I continue giving my 100k to such shitty service? https://t.co/kgkCy0f6AS
