Police in Lira has arrested businessman Richard Olila over the death of a night watchman who was killed by a falling wall.
Godfrey Otwii passed on in the wee hours of Wednesday after a wall of a commercial building collapsed and crushed him
The incident happened at around 2:00am when part of Blue Valley Guest House collapsed.
Otwii’s body was retrieved from the debris and taken to Lira Regional Referral Hospital.
Blue Valley is owned by Olila who was arrested by the Police over the incident.
According to sources, Otwii had worked as a night watchman and washing bay attendant for over a decade.
