Mawokota North Member of Parliament Hon.Hillary Kiyaga Innocent has hailed the Ganda Boys for promoting Ugandan culture abroad.
He also attacked the ministry of tourism for not reaching out to such people
” You can not know how much value this is untill you think of how much a country needs to SPEND on cultural tourism promotion. The Ganda boys are doing so much not only promoting the culture but also doing a great unpaid for job for Uganda’s tourism sector.”
I wonder if the ministry of Tourism has ever reached out to such CREATORS for further proposals in this regard. Selling culture to the rest of the world is one expensive venture which the Ganda Boys are toiling with in their capacity.”

The Ganda Boys are musicians and brothers, Denis Mugagga and Daniel Sewagudde. Based in the UK but playing traditional Ugandan instruments, they have been participating in a cross cultural project exploring winter themes.
