The Minister of ICT and National Guidance Hon Dr Chris Baryomunsi yesterday collapsed while attending a public function in Rutenga Sub County.
The Kanungu Resident District Commissioner Ambrose Mwesigye Amanyire confirmed that the Baryomunsi was last night airlifted to Kampala from Kambuga Hospital for further medication.
Baryomunsi has spoken about his health condition
“Friends, yesterday I had a black out while in my constituency. I was moving from one church function to another. I was rushed to Kambuga Hospital and then airlifted to Mulago Hospital. Am now stable and out of danger. The medical team is carrying out further tests. No need to worry.”
Dr Baryomunsi who is also the Member of Parliament for Kinkizi East in Kanungu District is currently receiving treat at Mulago Hospital.
