Senior presidential advisor Hajji Abdul Naduli says that first son Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba should stop treating the country as his father’s loot.

Speaking to the media from his home in Luwero , Naduli addressed a number of issues that he says are not any different from those that took them to the bush to liberate the country.

Naduli also advised the president to release all political prisoners as they prepare for the liberation day celebrations on 26th January.

On the Issue of first son Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba and his conduct on social media, Naduli said that the president should talk to his son because his conduct on the internet is unacceptable.

“I never saw Obote”s son say he wanted to replace his dad, not even Amin’s son but Muhoozi who we found in nursery at Kampala parents is now stronger than all us the liberators.”

Talking about Muhoozi’s tweets last year when he warned journalist who are against him that he would crush them, Naduli said that Muhoozi did not exhibit traits of a leader.

“You journalist who are against me, you will face it rough when I become president – how can this be a leader? President talk to our son to behave like a human being, let him not treat this country like it is your loot.”

“Uganda is not a monarchy that when the father leaves he is automatically replaced by the son”

The senior presidential advisor also said he shouldn’t be blamed for not doing his advisory job because whenever he wants to meet the president he is obstructed that’s why he advises the president through the media.

“When they hear that I want to meet the president, they think I am going to report them, so they block the avenue, next thing you realize is a year has ended when we haven’t communicated with the president”
