Over the weekend Dr Jose Chameleone finally held his much anticipated Gwanga Mujje concert after the show had been postponed a fortnight ago when the stage collapsed.
It was an action parked night that saw Chameleone give his all to a mammoth crowd that also included a number of public figures in attendance.
Among the attendees in the vip section was controversial former legislator and artist Hon Kato Lubwama who was in a jovial mood.
The kirabe ebiiso singer said he was at the cricket oval only to demand for his money from Chameleone nothing else.
“I have come to demand for my money from chameleone for the work I did to stop the rain from interfering with his concert like it did last time”
“Have you seen any single drop of rain here? All this is because I handled it with my charms. I have counted about 2,000 people in the VIP section, I want 20% of that.”
“If Chameleone doesn’t pay me I will make it rain in all his extras outside of Kampala.”
Kato also squashed claims that the likes of Abitex and Balam had stronger charms in the rain making business
“Abitex is a Munyankole, where can he get charms to stop rain? Balam is a Munyolo, Banyolo don’t have powers and charms to stop rain” said Kato Lubwama
Chameleone held a successful Gwanga Mujje extra show in Luweero with out any hindrance of the rain, we want to to assume that Hon Kato Lubwama received his cut he was asking for.
