Controversial city lawyer Hassan Male Mabirizi who was released from prison a few days ago after serving his sentence for contempt of court is back at what he does best which is seek Justice for all and follow the rule of law.
Since his release, he has been doing a follow up on cases he had filed in the various courts of judicature.
Two days ago he was at the Mengo chief magistrate’s court to argue three cases of denied access to NUP party president Hon Kyagulanyi Sentamu’s driving permit and passport and also details of recruitment of judicial officers.
The ministry of defense permanent secretary has also not yet been spared by Mabirizi as today 1st May he was also at the Nakawa Chief Msgistrates court for a ruling on him being denied access to first son Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba’s military and academic records.
Earlier on in the day, Mabirizi was also seen at the Uganda National Examination Board headquarters in Ntinda for another follow up on his request to UNEB for access of certified copies NUP president Kyagulanyi Sentamu’s senior 6 answer sheets to ascertain whether they are in his handwriting.
We wait to see if Male Mabirizi will get any of the answers that he seeks to find from the various parties.
