STV Uganda owned by businessman Sulaiman Mbuga Kabangala alias SK Mbuga has officially shutdown.
The development was confirmed in a letter from the management of the television station.
According to the letter, STV will be off for three months since the studios of the television station are under construction.
“Dear viewers, we apologize for the interruption in our regular programming. We are currently undergoing studio construction to enhance your viewing experience. Rest assured, we will be back soon with exciting new content. Thank you for your patience.”
The management has also promised it’s viewers to return with exciting content. Many thought that the SK Mbuga owned station went bankrupt
The Buziga based station is an entertainment and youth station that started three years ago.
