His Majesty the Kabaka of Buganda Ronald Muwenda Mutebi II has recognized musician Pius Mayanja alias Pallaso on his 68th birthday celebrations that where held in Lubiri, Mengo on Thursday.
Kabaka also revealed that he listens to Pallaso’s Nsaba song while having physical exercises.
“There’s a song that I always listen too when I am having physical exercises and that’s Nsaba from Pallaso. I told my son Jjunju to invite Pallaso to come and we celebrate together my birthday.” Stated his Majesty.
The overwhelmed Pallaso has thanked the Kabaka of Buganda for the recognition and has changed his name to Sir Pallaso Omuto
“As the first Artist to be introduced, Recognized and Appreciated by the KABAKA of Buganda Personally, I want to say to the young people out there, there are going to be people along the way who try to undercut your success or take credit for your accomplishments or your fame. But if you just focus on the work and you don’t let those people sidetrack you, someday when you get where you’re going, you will look around and you will know it was you and the people who love you who put you there, and that will be the greatest feeling in the world.” Pallaso wrote on his social media platforms.

Kabaka birthday celebrations will climax on Sunday with the Kabaka birthday run at Lubiri in Mengo.
