Singer Evelyn Lagu has on Monday morning breathed her last at her home after years of illness.
For almost four years now, singer Evelyn Lagu has been battling a kidney problem.
She has had several operations but her health situation remains uncertain.
In 2021, she traveled to Turkey for a transplant but it did not happen. The doctors advised her that it was a risky procedure, she returned to the country after a few medical check-ups.
Lagu was also an actress with drama group Zubair Family.
Fellow musicians have eulogised the late on their social media platforms
