Renowned TikToker Ismael Sefuko alias Dr. Cephco is in the limelight again for the bad reasons following a leaked sex video with Hezo who is also known as Hezo D Boss Lady.
The video has leaked at a time after the couple had a very bitter split recently which sparks allegations that Cephco intentionally released it.
Cephco is accused of releasing the video after bad mouthing Hezo days ago on a TikTok live.
It should be noted that Cephco was known for his video with his former girlfriend Yvonne Nakankaka last year.
He also earned sympathy when he was jailed for allegations of defamation against Full Figure.
Cephco also had a bitter split with his former girlfriend Jowie who left him and joined LGBTQ abroad.
In the newly released video, Hezo sits on Cephco’s cassava while the latter is recording on camera.
The video has evoked reaction from Netizens who have called for the arrest of Cephco for intentionally releasing videos with his ex lovers.
