Final Uganda Cranes Squad for Mali, Zambia Friendly Games named

Uganda Cranes Interim Head Coach Morley Byekwaso Ochama has named a 24 man squad that will travel to face Mali and Zambia in the forthcoming International friendly games.

Byekwaso named a team of 24 players after four days of training at East High, Kisasi.

The traveling contingent will leave Uganda on Tuesday morning (2am) aboard Ethiopian Airways.

Left back Abdu Aziizi Kayondo is the only foreign based player who will travel with the contingent from Uganda with the rest of the foreign based players expected to join the team from their respective clubs.

Uganda will face off with Mali on Friday, 13th October at Stade du Mars in Bamako before heading to Dubai, United Arab Emirates for the game against Zambia on Tuesday, 17th October 2023 at Hamriya Stadium.
