Douglas Mayanja alias Weasel has described the late Mowzey Radio as an irreplaceable artiste.
He also named Radio as his favourite artist and revealed that he will continue singing as a solo artist.
“The late Radio was my favorite artist and music partner, and I don’t believe anyone else can replace him. I’ll continue to sing solo and may explore collaborations, but I won’t be part of any duos.” Said Weasel
Radio and Weasel was a Ugandan a dynamic music Duo that performed under their record label Goodlyfe Crew.
Vocalist Radio died on 1 February 2018 from brain injuries after an assault by a bouncer at a club in Entebbe. Radio’s attacker threw him down about 3 metres (9.8 ft) onto a concrete pavement which resulted in massive intracranial hemorrhage.
Ever since the late Mowzey Radio passed away, Weasel has never been the same as he has had to face a lot of life struggles including depression, and at a certain time, he took a break from doing music.
Fortunately, he is now finding his footing in the music industry as his name is no longer at the center of controversies compared to the past couple of months.
