Jovia Mutesi to ride Kyabazinga like a King tonight

The Kyabazinga of Busoga Kingdom William Nadiope Gabula IV has officially married Jovia Mutesi in Busoga’s first royal wedding since 1956.

Mutesi has officially become Busoga’s 5th queen through a church service of century Anglican canons and majesty.

Church of Uganda Archbishop Stephen Kaziimba Mugalu solemnized the iconic event at the Christ’s Church Cathedral in Jinja City’s Bugembe Township.

The event was held on the 49th birthday of Stanley Bagoole, the father to Mutesi.

Various dignatries across the country were in attendance including the Vice President Jessica Alupo, Deputy Speaker Thomas Tayebwa and first Deputy Prime Minister Rebecca Kadaga.

Kyabazinga Nadiope IV is a son to Uganda’s first Vice President Wilson Gabula Nadiope and Josephine Nadiope

Mutesi, is a daughter to RDC Stanley Bagoole and now becomes the fifth queen of Busoga Monarch after Yunua Nakibande, Susan Nansikombi Kaggwa, Yukiya Babirye Kadhumbula Nadiope and Alice Florence Violent Muloki.

The newly wedded couple will treat their guest at a Royal Feast that will be held at Igenge Palace.
