Police Constable has been Remanded for alleged theft of a motorcycle belonging to a boda boda rider.
PC Michael Ahabwe attached to Amolatar Police Station appeared before Buganda Road Grade One Magistrate, Siena Owomugisha today, 27th February, 2024 and denied the charges.
Ahabwe allegedly stole the motorcycle worth Shs5M belonging to a one Samuel Walusimbi Wasswa in an operation on the 3rd of March, 2022 at New Master Stage, Equatorial Mall, Bombo Road in Kampala City.
The Magistrate Remanded him until 11th March, 2024 after he failed to secure Sureties to stand bail for him.
