URA FC name Mukasa as caretaker coach

Following the departure of David Obua as Uganda Revenue Authority Football Club head coach, the club has appointed Robert Mukasa as caretaker coach.

URA FC confirmed the termination of Obua’s one-year contract after five months into his tenure.

His first assistant Peter Byaruhanga Adyeri and fitness coach Kawa have also left the club.

Mukasa will assume the role of caretaker coach for the rest of the season, supported by Ilic Milosh, Allan Owiny, Robert Ssentongo, and Goalkeeping Coach Swaibu Ssebagala.

During his time at the Revenue collectors, Obua led the team in 20 matches across all competitions, achieving 8 wins, 8 losses, and 4 draws.
