“First professionalise Vipers” Mayanja fires back at Lawrence Mulindwa

KCCA FC legend Jackson Mayanja has fired back at Vipers SC President Lawrence Mulindwa for attacking Ugandan coaches.

While unveiling their new head coach Nikola Kavazovic on Wednesday at Kitende, Mulindwa attacked local coaches for lack of a professional touch.

“Dr Mulindwa should first professionalise his club instead of attacking local coaches. He has done a tremendous role in Ugandan football but his club also lack professionalism.”

“I know there are local coaches who lack professionalism but since Vipers SC is big club now, it also needs to be professionalised.” I appreciate all the way it has come from Bunamwaya to where it is right now but it lacks professionalism as well.”

Said Mayanja before adding,

“He (Mulindwa) has unveiled a new head coach and if that coach also fails will he turn the blame to the players for failing to deliver success. I believe he should be the first person to show professionalism.” Mayanja said as quoted by Swift Sports Uganda
