Another player leaves URA FC

URA FC have confirmed the departure of defender Najib Fesali following the expiration of his contract.

Fesali, who joined the URA FC in 2019 from Kyagwe Ssaza, leaves after five-years at the Revenue collectors.

During his time at URA FC, he played 52 matches, accumulating 4,034 minutes. Fesali scored four goals and provided one assist, earning four man of the match accolades.

Fesali’s becomes the third player to leave URA FC this transfer window, following the exits of Viane Ssekajugo and Eric Ssenjobe.

He will now be reuniting with coach Abbey Bogere Kikomeko at BUL FC who was his coach at Jinja Secondary School during his school hey days.

Besides URA FC and Jinja SS, Fesali also previously featured St. Jude FC in the Eastern Regional League and Kyaggwe in the Masaza Cup.

He also spent the 2020/21 season on loan at Gaddafi FC from URA FC.
