Former Vipers winger joins Ethiopian Premier league side

Former Vipers SC winger Martin Kizza has joined Ethiopian Premier league side Fasil Kenema Sport Club.

Kizza has been a free agent since his departure at six time Uganda Premier league champions Vipers SC.

He joins the Ethiopian side on a two year employment contract.

NEC FC are the other side interested in signing Kizza this transfer window.

Kizza has previously played for KCCA FC, SC Villa and Express FC in the Uganda Premier league.

He also featured for South African sides Free State Stars in 2019 and Royal Eagles in 2020.

His new club Fasil Kenema was founded 56 years ago and host their home games at the 20000 seater Fasiledes Stadium.

Yasser Mugerwa and Diego Hamis Kizza are the other Ugandans to have played for the Ethiopian outfit.

Last season, the club that is coached by Wubetu Abate finished 6th on the Ethiopian Premier league table.
