Anthony Bongole reveals his life was under threat at Buluuli

Buluuli head coach Anthony Bongole has revealed that his life was under threat while managing the 2011 Masaza Cup champions.

Bongole stepped down from his role as head coach, citing being threatened by some executive members and fans were disrespectful.

The development about Bongole’s future comes days after the team suffered a 2-1 defeat to Butambala in their previous game.

At Buluuli, Bongole replaced John Mubiru who was in the dug out during the previous edition.

Bongole has also previously coached Proline FC and Arua based side Dove All Stars.

Buluuli currently lead Bulange Group with 13 points they have garnered in eight matches this campaign and need at least two more wins to advance to the knockout stage.
