Uganda Airlines CEO Jennifer Bamuturaki has revealed to COSASE that she graduated from Makerere University in 1994 with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Social Work and Social Administration.
She has however shocked COSASE saying that she has never received her academic transcript, 28 years later.
Bamuturaki also says she misplaced her Uganda Certificate of Education result slip.
COSASE cautioned how she was appointed as the Uganda Airlines CEO.
Bamuturaki told COSASE that it’s doesn’t matter
“It does not matter whether I went to the moon or did MDD. What matters is whether I have the skill or not, and I do. I can’t blame myself for being appointed.” Stated Bamuturaki
For starters, the Salary disparities at Uganda Airlines are as follows CEO earns 87m, Chief Financial Officer gets 73 m, Manager Finance earns 58m. Director maintainance 80m.
Others are; Manager IT 36m, HR 43m, Manager Cargo 14m, Quality Ass. 43m.
