ASP Sam Okiror has passed on shortly after beating a 65 year old woman in a viral video on social media.
Okiror caned the elderly woman while instructing her to go home and laughed after beating her.

However after hours later, Okiror died because of hypertension as per report by former NBS journalist Daniel Lutaaya.
He is Sam Okiror. The lady he was beating was a 65 year old woman and in the video he says Go home you wicked woman after beating her while laughing.
Shortly after beating this woman, Okiror died of hypertension.

Lutaaya’s revealing came after many called for action from the Police following the disgraceful actions by Okiror.
Among these was former Speaker of the Parliament Rebecca Kadaga Alitwala who called for action from the AIGP Martin Okoth Ochola.
