The State Minister for Housing who is also the Bukono County MP, Ms Persis Namuganza says that in the future she plans to file a motion against Moses Magogo and the Speaker of Parliament Hon.Anita Among.
Namuganza asserts that Magogo and Among’s fraudulent marriage has turned into a personal fight
“In future I intend to file a motion against Hon Moses Magogo and the Speaker of this house for procuring a fraudulent marriage which is turning into a personal fight.”
For starters, last week the Parliament’s committe on Rules, Privileges and Discipline recommended to censure Namuganza.
The recommendation is part of a report that was read to the House by the committee’s deputy Chairperson, Mr Charles Onen (Gulu East).
