Double Champions Vipers SC have confirmed their squad numbers and players for the 2023/24 campaign.
Dan Muzeeyi Sserunkuma has been named in the squad while striker Karim Ndugwa, Crowmell Rwothomio, Najib Yiga and Umar Kyebatala miss out.
Sserunkuma has also been handed shirt number 24 for the forthcoming season.
Meanwhile, new signing Brazilian forward has been handed shirt 26 while Mauritanian native Mohamed Salem will don 7 shirt that was previously worn by Ibrahim Orit.
Fumador Asiwome will put on shirt 31 while Richard Matovu will don shirt 3 that has for the previous season been worn by Dissan Galiwango.
Brazilian Luiz Otavio has been handed shirt 8 previously worn by Frank Tumwesigye alias Zaga who joined Kitara FC.
Vipers SC will face off with South Africa’s Mamelodi Sundowns in a build up game on Wednesday, 16th August in Pretoria.
After their build up game against Sundowns the Venoms will travel to Botswana for their CAF Champions league Preliminary round game against Jwaneng Galaxy on 20th August.
