Allan Okello sealed a move to Uganda Premier league champions Vipers SC on Transfer deadline day.

Okello joined the Kitende based on a three year employment contract as a free agent after parting ways with Algeria side Paradou.

His former paymasters KCCA FC were also interested in his signature and had also put a juicy offer.

The Kasasiro Boys however could match Vipers $30,000 offer for the Uganda Cranes attacker.

Okello will also be getting a juicy salary at Vipers SC as well a house where in which he be staying in his time at Kitende.

Sources reveal that the deal was sealed last week after a meeting between Okello and Vipers SC President Dr. Lawrence Mulindwa.

The Venoms have desperately needed an attacker like Okello for years and the former KCCA FC darling offers attributes that head coach Leonard Martins Neiva does not possess in his squad.

Okello was officially presented to the Vipers’ faithfuls on Thursday at St.Mary’s Stadium in Kitende before their 2-0 win over Arua Hill.
