Four time Uganda Premier league champions URA FC have confirmed their captains for the 2023/24 season.
New signing Enock Walusimbi has been named as the club captain for this season.
The former Express FC skipper replaces Nafian Alionzi who was the club captain last season before he joined Ethiopian side Mekelakeya SC.
Walusimbi skipped Express FC to the 2020/21 League title and the CECAFA triumph. He also served as Bright Stars captain before he joined the Red Eagles.
He joined URA FC as a free agent from Scottish League one side Peterhead FC on a two year employment contract in the last transfer window.
At the tax collectors he will be deputized by former Express FC goalkeeper Denis Otim and Saidi Kyeyune.
URA FC have so far managed one win and two draws in their opening three league fixtures.
