Adongo gained international fame after drawing a comparison between Ghana’s Vice President Dr. Mahamadu Bawumia and Maguire while addressing the August house last year.
He said Dr. Bawumia, who is the head of the country’s economic management team, was responsible for the country’s underperforming economy just like Maguire was responsible for Manchester United’s poor performance on the pitch.

However, Adongo says Harry Maguire has greatly improved and he is a key player for Manchester United who is also scoring some goals for the club unlike Dr. Bawumia.
Maguire was stripped of his captain’s armband following his dreadful performance with the English Premier League club last season.
