Both Kibuli SS and Mbogo high school retained the All African Schools Badminton championship trophies in Zimbabwe, Harare on Monday afternoon.
Kibuli SS boys who were on a good run defeated Westville boys High school of South Africa 3-0 after moving all through the tournament.
In the category, Mbogo High came out on top of their fellow Ugandan side Rubaga girls 3-1 to once again bring back home the trophy and complete a Pearl of Africa double.
This means that all Ugandan sides attain a podium finish with two golds for Kibuli boys and Mbogo (Girls).
For Rubaga they will collect their silver as they all await for the closing ceremony on Wednesday 20th December 2023.
