Renowned Pastor Aloysious Bugingo was shot at by unknown gunmen last night at Namungona in Rubaga Division last night.
The attack led to the death of his driver Muhumuza Richard who passed on instantly after their car was sprayed with multiple bullets.
The men ran from the scene on a motorcycle while Pastor Bugingo managed to escape to Mulago Hospital with injuries.
Unknown gunmen have this evening attacked Pastor Bujjingo's car as the pastor was on his way home. He's currently admitted at Mulago Hospital. Details will be availed later.

Police has confirmed that they have opened up thorough investigations into the matter with the help of eyewitnesses and CCTV video footage.

Bugingo who preaches through the House of Prayer Ministry, is one of the most vocal and most followed pastors in the country.
