Uganda Railway Corporation has announced plans to transport football fans to Namboole Stadium for the test games.
On Wednesday, 1st May Namboole Stadium will host the Uganda Premier league game title clash between BUL FC and Vipers SC before KCCA FC entertain title chasing SC Villa under the floodlights.
The comprehensive refurbishment of Uganda’s biggest Stadium, Mandela National Stadium is nearing completion.
Namboole Stadium has been temporarily closed since 2019 for renovations and it has not hosted any matches including international games since then.
BUL FC and Vipers are just a point adrift of leaders Kitara FC while SC Villa are two points below the league leaders.
