The defending champions also needed their local gods in the return leg of the Semi-Final at Kasana playground to make it to the final.
Bulemeezi won the second leg 2-1 at home but Buddu cruised to the final on away goals rule.
The defending champions will lock horns with Busiro who eliminated Ssingo 4-3 on aggregate in the other Semi-Final. The date and venue for the final are to be revealed.
