Assistant Referee Khalid Muyaga has been suspended by the Referee’s disciplinary panel for six months for his unjustified extraordinary incorrect decision.
Muyaga disallowed SC Villa’s goal during the Stanbic Uganda Cup round of 32 contest against BUL FC at Njeru Technical centre.
Muyaga will not be allowed to officiate in the 1st Division as well as the Stanbic Uganda Cup in the following season after his six month suspension
The Referee’s disciplinary panel decision
1. A suspension from officiating football at all levels for six months for unjustified extraordinary incorrect decision that affected the result of the match. The suspension comes into force immediately.
2. After the expiry of six months, Mr. Muyaga Khalid shall not be allowed to officiate in the 1st Division League and Uganda Cup tournament the following season.
