Journalist Edward Muhumuza has perished in a motor accident on the Entebbe Express Highway.
NTV Uganda confirmed the development on Saturday morning via their social media platforms in a brief statement
“NTV is saddened to announce the passing of our journalist, Edward Muhumuza, in a car accident. Our hearts go out to his family and friends. May he rest in peace.”
Muhumuza met his death after the Mpala UNRA toll gate as he was heading to Nkumba University where he has been pursuing a Masters in Journalism.
He has been working with NTV but previously worked with NBS
His body has been taken to the City mortuary Mulago for the postmortem
May his soul Rest in Peace.
