Gen. Caleb Akandwanaho alias Salim Saleh has come out and mocked all those who thought he was dead.
On Saturday, Saleh gave away his daughter Esteeri Mugulwa to her fiance Ivan Bidna Muhoozi at a traditional function that was held at Buziga.
Saleh’s public appearance at his residence in Buziga quells fears that he is I’ll or dead.
“The devil is a big liar, we are still alive.” Said Saleh.
Salim Saleh is a retired Ugandan military officer who served in the Uganda People’s Defence Force (UPDF), the armed forces of Uganda.
He was born on January 14, 1960. He is a brother to the President of Uganda, Yoweri Museveni, and an adviser to the President on military matters. He served as Minister of State for microfinance from 2006 to 2008.
Currently, he is serves as the chief Coordinator of Operation Wealth Creation.
