TikToker Asia has passed on at Mulago hospital where she had been admitted in Kampala.
Asia wa Charles was advised by doctors to have an operation but unfortunately she did not make it.
According to Sofia Namutebi alias Maama Fiina, the TikToker passed on in the wee hours of Friday
“It’s true Asia is gone, she passed on at around 4am at Mulago hospital. She was admitted following complications from her stomach. The doctors advised her to have an operation, after a successful operation, Asia fought the medics and removed the oxygen support and she passed on.”
On the burial arrangements
“The body is currently at Mulago mortuary as we await the postmortem from the medics.” She is expected to be taken to Kamwokya where she has been staying during her lifetime. The family is to give us more details on the burial arrangements.” Said Maama Fiina while on Bukedde TV olugambo program.
In May Asia and Charles got married in a highly publicised wedding. They have since lived as a couple and have always appeared in public as husband and wife.
