Tanzanian Premier League champions Yanga Africans have signed of SC Villa defender Gift Fred.
Gift completed a move to Yanga on a three year employment contract.
The former SC Villa captain is expected to replace Malian defender Mamadou Doumbia who has was deemed surplus to requirements.
After a fantastic 2022/23 season, Gift was named in the Uganda Premier league team of the season.
Gift has previously featured for third tier side Booma FC and also played for Gomba in the prestigious Buganda Masaza Cup tournament where he won the 2020 edition.
