Arua Hill SC club chairman Joel Aita has called upon the Federation of Uganda Football Associations (FUFA) to act quick on hooliganism.
This came after his side winning the West Nile derby against Onduparaka FC at Greenlight Stadium in Arua where the hosting fans ended up throwing stones to the visitors.
Aita took it on his official social media platforms and asked the Federation to heavily punish hooliganism or else they will not be in position to handle in the near future,

“The game between Onduparaka and Arua Hill SC ended with very sad moments, several of our fans have been injured some are unconscious in hospital.”
“Our VAN for the players was stoned and one player is bleeding.”
He further called upon Football administrators of various clubs to stop using violence to settle personal egos,
“Leaders of football clubs let’s stop instigating the fans to violence just because we want to settle personal egos.”
“Federation of Uganda Football Associations ( FUFA) heavily punish hooliganism, otherwise very soon you will fail to control it.”
Previously the same acts were seen in Mbale as Kataka players and fans resorted to beating up Kyetume FC players and the match officials after their failure to make it to the Uganda Premier League.
