Arsenal fans who were arrested call for President Kagame’s help

Arsenal fans who were arrested two weeks ago for celebrating their win over Manchester United in a Premier league game want Rwanda President Paul Kagame to help them go and watch their team live at the Emirates Stadium.

Kagame is a renowned Arsenal fan. He has often spoken out his mind about the team and forged a shirt sleeve partnership with Arsenal to promote tourism for his country.

Despite his status, many Arsenal fans only see him as one of them.

Felix Bagiire, a radio presenter better known as Shamlove says it’s only President Kagame who can help them go and see the Gunners at Emirates and if they asked for the same help here everything would be politicised

“President Kagame is a true Arsenal fan, but also if we asked a politician here for such help then everything would be politicised,”Said Bagiire as quoted by the Daily Monitor

Shamlove along with his colleagues who were arrested Albert Musoni, Augustine Ndagusa, Philemon Isabirye, Fulgence Othieno, Abubaker Kasule, Isaac Katabazi, and Denis Waihe want to go and watch the current English Premier league leaders live at the Emirates Stadium
