Police in Kyegegwa has submitted the case file of a husband who killed his wife over use of family planning.
The man identified as Innocent Kibwetere allegedly hit his wife with a blunt object, which caused an acute brain injury, that killed her instantly, on 11th November.
According to sources Kibwetere became annoyed after learning that the late wife Twikirize Ronious had started using family planning.
Twikirize had earlier had miscarriage and decided to use family planning.
The 47 year old peasant stuffed the body for four days before calling his sister in law and told her how he had ending Twikirize’s life during a domestic fight.
The case was reported to Kazinga Police that took the body to Kyegegwa Hospital for postmortem with the suspect arrested.
